Hi, I'm   Lydia Fasham

Based in South Wales, I’m a Business Development Specialist working with regional and national organisations who want stronger, healthier client relationships. With twenty‑five years working across multiple sectors, I’m continuously reminded of how critical everyday relationship dynamics are – the small behaviours and expectations that shape whether clients stay, grow or drift away.

A core part of my work is team development: running training workshops, mentoring individuals and groups, and helping organisations set and review their BD strategy. I also provide representation, acting as your external partner and speaking directly with clients – leading calls and check‑ins, managing updates and actions, and progressing opportunities already in play.

Alongside this, I focus on introductions, where I identify potential clients, qualify interest and opportunity, and bring in warm leads that fit your organisation.

Business development is ultimately about people, not pressure, and I’m passionate about helping teams connect in a way that feels genuine, intentional and commercially effective.
