Twenty years ago, I made one of the best decisions of my life – choosing South Wales as my home. Over the years, I’ve had an exciting career, diving into the private, charity and educational sectors and running my first company for over a decade. But after Covid, I had a bit of a lightbulb moment – I realised that what I loved most wasn’t just the mechanics of business, it was the people stuff. More specifically, helping businesses get client relationships – aka their ‘people’ – right!
And that’s why I started Henler, where I take an intentional person-centered approach and pride myself on authenticity, as well as strong personal and professional values.
